Following a recent company rebrand, Koltiv partnered with R&R Realty Group’s ICON Construction to refresh its office space at Aurora 13 and better align the workplace with its updated brand and culture. 

The project included new carpet and paint throughout the office, updated lighting, refreshed ceilings in the reception area, and the removal of outdated millwork to give the space a cleaner, more modern feel. 

The office also features several unique amenities that make the space stand out, including a basketball court, stadium seating, a slide, putting green, and collaborative gathering areas throughout the office. The updated space reflects Koltiv’s personality and creates an environment that feels both functional and fun for their team.
